- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't recommend this agency! I had two experiences, both bad that are motivating us to find new insurance. The first I had several months ago when I purchased a new car, same year as the vehicle it replaced, valued at less money. The insurance rate for the new car came back significantly more with no explaination. My second experience, was when we purchased a car over thanksgiving weekend. The office was closed 5 consecutive days. I left several voice messages and emails. I ended up calling the insurance company directly, and after a long conversation with them I got what I needed. Just poor customer service, which is too bad, considering the other William Raveis departments(mortgage and real estate) are great!July 18, 2017by James Mohyde
